This information is provided as required by the Numbering Plan under the Telecommunications Act 1997. Your site address is the primary location for your voip service. We will use this address to provide emergency services (police, ambulance etc) your location in the case you call for 000 emergency help and also in the event of a natural disaster or emergency broadcast warnings. Therefore it is important that you keep EscapeNet updated with your address at all times. Cost of hardware excludes postage. Express, secure postage is $15 nationally. While we make every effort to ensure a stable, quality service, there is no guarantee on the availability of residential VoIP services. Voice over IP services are not compatible with Emergency Services numbers (eg 000). EscapeNet recommends you use a normal fixed line telephone when contacting Emergency Services. Escape-Escape Free calls are only for VoIP calls, eg calling a non voip number which we provide is charged. VoIP Starter plan is only available to existing EscapeNet broadband customers for an initial $10 setup fee. Only available to existing EscapeNet customers.
