Configuring Thunderbird

The following infomarion shows you how you can configure Thunderbird for use with your EscapeNet email accounts.

1. Open Thunderbird

Open Thunderbird by clicking on its icon on your computer.

2. Add a new Email Account

Click on the Tools Menu then go to Account Settings.

3. Account Settings

Click on "Add Account'.

4. Account Wizard

Choose 'Email account'.

5. Identity

Type in your name and email address.

6. Server Information

Your EscapeNet email account is POP. Type in your Incoming and Outgoing Servers.

7. User Names

Type your username for Incoming and Outgoing.

8. Account Name

Type in your EscapeNet email address.

9. Congratulations your email is configured

You can now send and receive your EscapeNet email.
